We build Scribes (or rather, the cottages they live in and the tools that hang in their workshops). They handle the kind of work you've done a lot of and we don't need you to do more of it. What we can't automate is harder to put on a resume.

What we need are good humans.

We want folks who are pro-social and fight for their tribe. We want citizens of their community and citizens of the world. We want folks to think deeply about the environment they live in and how they move through it. We want someone who is trying to be better than they were yesterday.

We want to hear about your odd hobbies and interests. We want to hear about your favorite vacation. We want to hear about which bird you'd be (and why). We want to hear what you think will happen to you after you die.

We like folks w/ software startup experience because we're in that world, but anything can be learned (especially now).
