What counts as "active" time?
Active time is when your Scribe is actually working — reasoning, browsing, writing, calling APIs. Time between your messages while the Scribe waits for instructions is never billed.
How is billing calculated exactly?
We sum every active work span in a session, round the total up to the nearest 2 minutes, and charge $0.50 per minute ($30/hr). Each Scribe has a $20/mo minimum — if your usage is less than that, the minimum applies; if it's more, you only pay for what you use.
What can a Scribe do?
Anything you'd hand to a smart, capable person with a computer. Research, outreach, data entry, content drafting, managing accounts, reviewing documents — if it can be done on a screen or behind an API, a Scribe can handle it.
How do I know what my Scribe did?
Every action a Scribe takes is logged — what it did, why, and when. You get a full transcript of every action. No black boxes.
